1. The Organiser Carlsberg Marketing Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 140534-M).
2. Contest Period From 1 December 2017, 6:00:00pm to 6 December 2017, 11:59:59pm.
i. This Contest is open to all non-Muslims, aged 18 years-old and above, that are residing in Malaysia, subject to other criteria set out below, the Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein, terms and policies determined by the Internet, social website (Facebook), and the relevant laws of Malaysia.
ii. Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families will not be eligible to participate in this Contest.
4. How to participate?
i. To participate, Contestant must log on to Asahi Malaysia Facebook Page (“the Page”) and “Like” the Page at https://www.facebook.com/AsahiMalaysia/.
ii. Contestants are required to have a valid Facebook account.
iii. There will be one  Facebook wall post posted on the Page on 1st December 2017 (“the Contest Post”).
iv. To submit a contest entry, Contestant must follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contestant must look for the Contest post at https://www.facebook.com/AsahiMalaysia/posts/1159201894210410.
Step 3: On Landing page: Select ‘Play Now’;
Step 4: Contestant must load the Competition game screen and attempt to score a minimum of 318 points within 90 seconds by collecting only Asahi Super Dry beer bottles (“Qualified Entry”) through moving the box on the competition game screen.
• 12 points for each correct bottle; and
• -6 points for each wrong bottle.
• Contestant must click “submit” for submission of entry.
• Only scores with a minimum of 318 submitted will be recorded.
v. Contestants can play as many times as they wish.
vi. Contestants cannot participate in this Contest on another person’s behalf.
vii. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Contestants from the Contest without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Contestants be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Contest terms and conditions and/or deemed inappropriate by the Organiser (vulgar, obscene, religiously insensitive, politically motivated, etc.). The use of any software or automated, mechanical or electronic process that allows you to make automated, bulk and/or repeated entries is prohibited.
5. Selection of Winners
a) Grand Prize x 5 winners.
The serial numbers allocated to Qualified Entries will be tabulated to derive the total number which will then be divided by five  to derive the winning serial numbers for Grand Prize winners. In the event of numbers with decimal values, the winning serial numbers will be rounded down to the nearest whole number that results after the division. For example: If Qualified Entries serial numbers total up to 4000, 4000 will be divided by 5 which equals 800. Five  Contestant assigned with 800, 1600, 2400, 3,200 and 4000 will be the Grand Prize Winners.
b) Runners Up Prize x 5 winners.
The first every 10th Qualified Entries derive from the total number will be selected as Runner Up Winners.
i) Each Contestant is entitled to receive one (1) prize only throughout the Contest Period.
ii) The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any winning prize with a prize of similar value, with or without notice.
iii) The Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items. Prizes not redeemed within the notified period will be forfeited.
6. The Prizes
i. The prize(s) comprises of :-
a) 5 x Grand Prize of one (1) pair of The White Party VIP tickets; and
b) 5 x Runner Ups prize of one (1) pair of Regular tickets to The White Party.
Each pair of tickets will be entitled to redeem 2 Asahi Super Dry buckets which containing 4 cans each.
ii. Each Contestant is entitled to one  prize only.
iii. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of equal or higher value if for any reason a prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these terms and conditions.
iv. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.
7. Notification of Winner and Redemption of Prizes
i. All winners will be selected on 7 December 2017.
ii. All winners will be notified via the email address provided upon entering the Contest through the Contest Post on 7 December 2017.
iii. The Winners must redeem the prizes within two (2) working days from the date stated in the email, failing which, the prizes will be forfeited.
8. Prize Redemption and Period
i. All winners will be informed via email to collect their tickets from Carlsberg Marketing Sdn Bhd located at No 55 Persiaran Selangor, Seksyen 15, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
ii. All winners are required to bring their tickets together with the original winning redemption letter to the Event for redemption of the 2 buckets of beer at ASAHI bar counters.
iv. Winners can appoint his/her representative to attend and/or collect the prizes on his/her behalf on condition that he/she must provide a sign the consent letter. The representatives must bring and show the consent letter to the Organiser and/or its appointed Agency.
v. The Organiser is not responsible for any delay in or failure to receive notification of winning for any reason. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within the time limit, the prize may be forfeited and the Organiser may award the prize to another contestant.
The prize is awarded at the Organiser’s sole discretion and the Organiser reserves the right not to award the prize if in its sole discretion, it determines that the winner has breached these term and conditions. All decisions of the Organiser relating to the selections of winners and to all matters relating to this Contest will be final and binding.
vi. All costs of transportation for Prize Redemption and to attend the event and accommodation (if any) will be borne by the winners.
By participating, Contestants explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the necessary personal data of the Contestants. Contestant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser as stated below and by doing so; Contestant is withdrawing his or her participation in this Contest. The Organiser will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data stored for the purpose of this Contest strictly confidential.
10. Additional Terms
By participating, Contestants agree to the terms and conditions applied.
i. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
ii. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
iii. The Contest Terms and the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on all Contestants who participate in this Contest. The definitions in the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions (https://carlsbergmalaysia.com.my/standard-terms-conditions/) shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Contest Terms. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the final terms and conditions on Carlsberg’s website shall prevail.
