How Titan JUXT used interactive facebook posts to boost engagement and pre-bookings for their smart watch

BRIEF

Titan are launching their smart watch, the ‘Titan JUXT’. It’s smart, stunning and stylish. They wanted the digital ‘launch’ to announce all it’s stunning features, show videos of the Titan JUXT, and drive pre-orders. All this in one single post. How could that be done?

STRATEGY

We literally did all of that and more through this seamless and interactive newsfeed app. We built a smooth UI which allowed the users to browse through the features, watch videos of the product, and allowed them to pre book it before it’s out of stock! All this, right from the Facebook newsfeed. No need to open it in a new window therefore risking huge drop off rates. Users experienced all of the six special features, watched videos, and pre-booked. A lot. How many? read on to find out.

Emirates NBD is a respected and widely known brand in the banking sector in Middle East. How do you find out via social, what products your customers are using and what other products existing or new customers could potentially use?
